CASSETTES TRANSFERRED TO CD

I received my 3 CDs that you made from my cassettes. The sound quality was much better than I had expected. My songs had a lot of strings in them and a clear / high note sound was very important to me. Your CD copies kept the strings nice and clear with sharp tones just as I had wanted. Thanks, good job!! I also noticed where some LP pops and snaps disappeared on the restored CD copies. I didn't hear any loss in sound quality. It was also nice to see the scanned pictures from the original LP covers on the CD cover also. I have a question for you. I have purchased in stores some reissued albums on CDs and sometimes have found that some did not sound clear / sharp for some reason. Your CDs sounded very sharp / clear. Why? Is it because of the restoration process? Are the inferior CD copies that I mentioned not sounding good because they aren't restored and just copied?
[1]                                                            K.B., Denver, CO.

Thanks for taking the trouble to do such a beautiful job on so small an item.  All my LP remastering will now be headed your way (piecemeal).  Although I was able to hear some tape hiss, the music sounded much clearer and more natural -- closer to the original recording.  Thanks again for a great job.  Brockett sings again!
[2]                                                            R.W.D., Key West, FL.

I wanted to send this to thank you for the great job you did on our wedding music cd's- the quality is exceptional, they arrived back in short time and great shape. I've already told my friends about your great service! It's nice to know there is a place to send music to be restored and captured for posterity! Thanks!...
[3]                                                            C.R., Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

i am very happy with my cd. i realized the tape i sent you was far from perfect; the transfer to cd exceeded my expectations. thank you. i'll be sending you an lp to transfer to cd shortly.

[5]                                                            C.M. @hotmail.com

I just wish to say that I'm very impressed with the high quality of work you produced in converting my ancient cassette tape ("Joy" by Apollo 100) to CD. The quality, in my opinion, was better than the condition the tape offered! I just wish to say your restoration techniques are terrific (nearly miraculous). Thanks for saving a bit of music I thought would slowly fade into oblivion (or get eaten by my cassette player!). I'll be back with more work in the future, I'll guarantee that! Thanks again,
[6]                                                            L.S. @aerostructures.bfg.com

Thank you so much for the outstanding work you did transferring my cassette tape to CD's. You did an excellent job!  I am especially pleased with how clearly I can hear my Dad's voice.  As I mentioned when I placed this order my Dad has passed away; so you can imagine how precious this recording is to me now.  I also want to thank you for processing my order and shipping it back to me so quickly.  I can hardly wait for Christmas so I can give my Mother and brother their copies of this CD!  Thank you again and may God bless you all,
[7]                                                            D.A.,  South Bend, IN

My name is R----- G------- and I just received my cassette to cd transfer. I am very pleased with the fast and reliable service I have received. The CD is of the highest quality and far exceeded my expectations. I will be sending in more tapes to be transferred. Thanks for the excellent service!!!!!
[8]                                                            R.G., Foothill Ranch, CA

Fully satisfied with the quality of my recent order. The transfer was from fairly old cassettes, but the sound quality was much better than expected. Thanks.
[9]                                                            B.M., Williamsport, PA

The CD is so great, I am delighted to have transfered my personal cassette tape into CD. I will be sending another cassette tape of mine to be transfered. It is worthwhile doing it through LP2CD.com

I just received my CD and LP back from you, and felt moved to respond with a short note. In life, in the absence of experience, you make many decisions based on faith alone. This certainly was the case in this situation; I had no experience in dealing with you and your firm, nor did any of my audiophile friends. Indeed, none of us had any experience with anyone in the business of transferring LPs to CD. Please feel free to share with whomever my joy and satisfaction with the results of your efforts. I sent you an LP that was no less than 38 years old; you sent me a CD that sounded as if it had just been recorded on the most modern equipment. While the cost involved requires some discretion, I would recommend your firm in a heartbeat, indeed. Thanks you so very much.
[1]                                                          K.M., Pottstown, PA.

Got my recordings today. Was very impressed with the quality. One record was in such bad shape I never would have believed anything could be done with it. Dr Coban is great to work with and really shows he cares, not only by the great work he does, but also by the way he treats his costumers. Thanks a million! I will be sending more records in the near future.
[2]                                                          J.B., Macon, GA.

Let me just say how deliriously happy I am with the job you did transferring the albums. I've played them all multiple times because I'm so amazed at how good they sound. How can I put this...? They are AWESOME, man!!! I couldn't imagine they'd be this good. I can't even hear the needle on the vinyl! How do you DO that?! Honestly, I don't think those recordings have sounded THAT good since the first time the needle came down on the records. I really see no reason whatsoever for me to ever touch my vinyl again. I am absolutely DELIGHTED with your finished product! The CDs will be coming to work with me tomorrow, so my fellow band member who works there with me can hear what a wonderful job you did; they'll also be going to my brother's sometime soon, since he knows a lot of the music. Thank you very much for a great, GREAT job!
[3]                                                            S.H., Marlboro, MA.

As I listen to my CD restorations, phrases like "superb quality" and "meticulous attention to detail" come to mind. Let me explain. I sent twelve LP's to CVC Productions for transfer and restoration, all of which had the pops and cracks that dusty LP's have. One LP in particular, my favorite, was so scratchy that I could no longer listen to it with any kind
of enjoyment. I was truly amazed at and pleased with the excellent sound quality on all the transferred recordings. There was even a track number change on a very short first song in a 2-song medley. Only one CD was less than perfect, with three very small skips, but apparently the original recording was not in as good a shape as I thought it was. I realize that a transferred recording is only as good as the original material, but the good news is that they did an excellent job of minimizing the skips, and this recording will never get any worse, now that is is on CD. The only suggestions for improvement that I would offer would be to print the 800 number on the disks, rather than the toll number. Also, I would put the snail mail address on the disks as well. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks so much for a job well done. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.
[4]                                                           P.W., Federal Way, WA.

I was amazed and completely satisfied with your work. I was apprehensive about sending my treasures through the mail to someone I did not know and through a process I had never seen. I carefully selected this music between 1965 and 1970. Even with high qualify playback equipment I could hear the wear taking place in the records. It's hard for me to express how happy I am about your work. After 34 years I am hearing the masters again. I will be playing them again and again and now for my father who is 87. Time travel is possible ... you can go back in time. Oh yes, you will be hearing from me again.
[5]                                                           G.S., Somerville, NJ.

I can now listen again to LP albums that I haven't heard in ten years. So, in a way, Cristian Coban has made me ten years younger. (This being the year I turn 50, that's a much appreciated favor!) The sound quality of the transfers is first rate. Honor is due. Thank you!
[6]                                                           A.J.H., Glendale, CA.

Recordings came this afternoon. The sound is very good. The quality in the Barber was particularly striking - if I hadn't known better, I would have thought it was an original commercially-produced CD. Thanks for bringing these works back to my ears!
[7]                                                             M.A., Cottey College, Nevada, MO.

Thanks for another great sounding CD...
[8]                                                              B.O., Chicago, IL.

I am truly amazed at how good this CD sounds. With signal to noise ratio as bad as it was, I am extremely impressed with how good this CD sounds. I know you spent more than only 5 minutes per track and I really appreciate the extra time you took on this record album. I can't tell you how much this record means to me and the wonderful memories it brings back when I listen to it. I confess that it brings tears of joy to my eyes as I listen to this CD. Thank you so much for restoring this dear family treasure!
[9]                                                             C.B., Suwanee, GA.

I want to let you know how pleased I am with the job you did on my order. The CDs sound fantastic! I will definitely use your service again. Also, I have to say that I found your internet site very innovative--the order status screen is top-notch. All-in-all a great service. Thanks again.

When I heard my new CD, based on an old recording by Enrico Caruso, I was very pleasantly surprised, to say the least.  The awesome beauty of the legendary tenor's voice sparkled with clarity, sweetness and intensity.  I am very grateful for the high quality of your service.
[1]                                                            A.A., Windermere, FL.

The clarity of the recordings were awesome!  Some of our LP's had scratches & those were eliminated as well as background static noise.  Very impressive!  We really enjoyed hearing tunes we hadn't heard in a long time.
[2]                                                            L.R., Orlando, FL.

I got a chance to listen to the CD last night and I am very, very impressed with the contents. I think you spent a lot of time with the one song I was most interested in, "You + Me = Love", and it really shows. The percussion instruments sound so clear, it makes the song sound fresh and alive. After listening to the same song over and over again for the last 20 years, it had started to sound tired and muddled to me. Top notch work, thank you!
[3]                                                            M.P., Pasadena, TX.

Thank you for all your help. The work performed exceeded our expectations and our friends were well satisfied. Many thanks.
[4]                                                            R.T., Trussville, AL.

I am very pleased with the overall results of all three transfers. The "Hall of Presidents" and "Country Bear Jamboree" transfers were outstanding, with almost no hiss or pop. The "Tiki Room/Jungle Cruise" soundtrack had some minor hissing in the first couple of tracks, but side 2 was superlative. Given that that album was over thirty years old, I'd say you did some excellent work. Great job on the CD transfers. I will recommend you to my friends.
[5]                                                           L.T., Oak Ridge, NC.

Wow! I didn't think it would work this well!  As I listened to the recordings I was very impressed at the quality.  It not only kept me from wearing out my records, but it actually improved the original recording!
[6]                                                            J.M., Orlando, FL.

The CD's of the older music took me back to a fun and carefree time of life.  I enjoyed sharing the songs and stories with my children.  Music can be a sort of history lesson.  Because many events are marked by a song that stays in your mind.   When the music is played a variety of memories return that otherwise might not have been triggered.  With the newer music CD's, I appreciate the clarity of sound which the transferring brought.  Overall, I was greatly pleased to have these new CD's added for our families' enjoyment.
[7]                                                            C.A., Kissimmee, FL.

I have been listening to the CD's you sent me. All the ones I've heard so far sound fantastic! They are clear and crisp. I can't detect any scratches or pops and the highs sound very clear too. I did not detect any reduction or muffling of the highs. I am very pleased and impressed. You did a great job! I will send my next order to you in a few weeks.
[8]                                                            H.B., Atlanta, GA.

I am very happy with the results.  I know the original quality of the recording was terrible and I was not expecting this much of a difference.  Thanks.
[9]                                                            C.B., Norristown, PA.

Hi Cristian - I finally got a chance to listen to the CD. It's absolutely priceless! The segment with me and my sister was definitely from 1965 and is especially meaningful because our Dad passed away two years later and neither one of us are able to remember his voice because we were so young when it happened. Everyone in the family will really appreciate hearing this CD. I had already mentioned to a few friends that I had found you on the web. Thanks again for all of your effort.

I received the package containing my latest order for transferred recordings, and all I can say is "Wow!" Once again, you've done an outstanding job. Even the old family recording which was extremely scratchy has turned out better than I had ever hoped for. Great job and outstanding service. Thanks!
[2]                                                            P.W., Federal Way, WA.

The CD sounds great! I gave it to my mom on Easter. She loved it! Thanks again.
[3]                                                            J.V., Wayne, NJ.

Thank you for sending me the corrected version of "Sabre Dance" so promptly.   I am favorably impressed with your excellent work, and I hope to be sending you a lot more business in the future.  Thanks again for your superb work.
[4]                                                            G.P., Arlington, TX.

It was a pleasure getting to meet you and learn about the care and quality you instill in your work. Let me tell you, it shows in the results! The clean up and reproduction of my jazz album was difficult because of the wide variety of sounds, unusual percussion and age of the album. It is clear from talking with you and hearing the results that you have a technicians ear but, more importantly, a musicians ear. I appreciate your prompt turnaround time and look forward to working with you on future projects. Thanks again for your care and the quality of your work.
[5]                                                            S.G., Winter Park, FL.

Overall the quality that I have listened to is excellent. I have already picked out my next pile of records to ship to you.
[6]                                                            L.A., Atlanta, GA.

We got the CD and it sounds GREAT !!!
[7]                                                            B.K.S, Theodore, AL.

CD received and albums, too.  All excellent.  We are trying to decide what to have copied next.  Thanks for your great service.
[8]                                                            T.M., Spencer, IN.

I was very impressed by the CD!  The music sounded great even though it was recorded in the 60's.  Now we can listen to the music on CD and enjoy the songs again.  This is a good way to preserve the "old times".  The price was very reasonable, too!
[9]                                                            S.A., Winter Garden, FL.

We are very pleased with the results of your work, and you can rest assured that if we ever need restoration again, you will be our business of choice.  We will also be more than happy to refer you to our friends and acquaintances.   In addition, we want to thank you for your timely response.
[10]                                                            D.M., Durham, NC.
