How do I go about ordering a Transfer/Restoration?

Q: How do I go about ordering a Transfer/Restoration?

A:

- Click on ORDER (or Order Form) everywhere throughout the site. When you get to the order form, answer the questions and make any selections you want. The services you select will be entered into a Shopping Cart. Make any changes you want to the Shopping Cart, then print that page. Proceed to the Checkout Counter, where you will enter shipping and payment information. Print that page as well. Attach the pages you just printed to the recordings, and mail them to us. Please be sure to pack the recordings safely. 
- When we receive your recordings we will read the order form to see what you ordered, and your order will be entered into our Order Tracking System.
At that time you will receive an automatic email.  When you log into the Order Tracking System you will see exactly where your package is in our system. Processing time at our studios is about two to three weeks, but under certain circumstances may be longer.  Be informed: please read How long will this process take
- When the CD's are ready we will prepare a package containing your original recordings and the new CD's and ship everything back to you to the address specified on the Order Form. Using the tracking number displayed on the Order Tracking page you will be able to track your package shipped by USPS or UPS all the way back home.

Q:  I don't like to order over the Internet.  Can I order by phone?

A:

- Certainly.  Just call us at 407-292-1151 and we'll take the order.  Remember, we are located in the Eastern US Time zone, so figure out the time difference.  Call between 9 AM and 5 PM, M-F.   However, we prefer that customers place orders on-line because there is important information on our Web site and on the Order Form (including our complete policies).  We do not have the time to read all this information to the consumer over the phone.  It is the consumer's responsibility to read this information.  All our policies will apply the same for on-line or Phone Orders.

Q:  What methods of payment do you accept?

A:

- We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express), Money Orders and  Certified Checks.  We accept PayPal, but only for direct account transfers.  We do not accept personal checks.

Q:  Do you charge my Credit Card when I place the order?

A:

- It depends on the charge amount and if you are a known customer.  For known customers and small amounts the credit card is charged after we complete work, right before we ship your order. Declined cards: It is the client's responsibility to make sure that we can process the charge. If we have to defer processing or returning an order because the card was declined, a $14.25 admin fee will be added to the total.

Important Scheduling Notice

At this time we are booked with work commitments until October 2008.  New orders placed on this Web site will be processed in the order received, beginning early October 2008.   Our Receiving Department will accept and date-stamp packages received, for processing in order in which they were received.  The packages WILL NOT be entered into our Order Tracking System until early October 2008 (please do not panic if you do not see your order in the Order Tracking System).   Email inquiries received after July 7 will be answered October 2008.  Phone support will resume at the same time.
Should we develop any available processing capacity before October 2008, we will update this message.  Please stay tuned.  
Please feel free to submit orders at this time, for processing in October 2008.  Please DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER if it must be processed before October 2008.  We anticipate a heavy workload in October and November 2008.  If you have projects for Holiday Season 2008, may we suggest that you send in your order as early as possible.  Orders will be processed in the order received.  Wise customers order early

If you wonder "is it worth submitting an order now and waiting for processing in October", we think YES.  We have hundreds of loyal customers who would not think of sending their work to anyone else but to us and they think that the wait is worthwhile.  Submitting your order now, early "in line", will ensure much quicker processing in October. The closer you place the order to October, the longer the wait for order completion in October/November.
